Refund Policy

Subscription Plans

TradeMind offers the following plans:

  • Let him cook (Free): No payment required. No refund implications.
  • Cooked (₹799/mo or ₹9,588/year): Full analytics and journaling features.
  • Goated (₹1,999/mo or ₹23,988/year): All features including broker auto-sync, mentor mode, and priority support.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account automatically downgrades to the free plan when the paid period expires
  • Your trading data is preserved and accessible on the free plan

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Monthly plans: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been extensively used (fewer than 10 trades logged or imported).
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
  • Coupon/discounted subscriptions: Refunds for discounted subscriptions are based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email thehouseoftraders69@gmail.com with your registered email address and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Subscriptions active for more than 7 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual)
  • Accounts that have extensively used the service (data imported, analytics generated)
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle (contact us for exceptions)

Payment Processing

Refunds are processed through the original payment method (Razorpay or PayPal). Razorpay refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. PayPal refunds may take 3-5 business days.
