1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeMind ("the Service"), operated by The House of Traders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TradeMind is a trading journal and analytics platform that provides:

  • Manual trade entry and CSV import from 25+ brokers
  • Automatic trade sync via broker connections (powered by SnapTrade and MetaApi)
  • 50+ analytics reports, equity curves, and performance metrics
  • Psychology tracking, playbook system, and strategy analysis
  • Mentor Mode for sharing trade data with coaches and educators
  • PDF export, data backup, and streamer mode

TradeMind does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. All trading decisions are your own responsibility.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Free Plan ("Let him cook"): Basic journaling features at no cost, forever.
  • Cooked Plan (₹799/mo): Full analytics, psychology tracking, and import/export capabilities.
  • Goated Plan (₹1,999/mo): Everything in Cooked plus broker auto-sync, mentor mode, risk analysis, and priority support.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or PayPal. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). Annual plans receive a discount as advertised.

5. Coupons & Promotional Offers

Discount coupons may be offered at our discretion. Coupons apply to the subscription price for the duration specified at the time of application. One coupon per subscription. Coupons cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

6. Broker Connections

When you connect a brokerage account, TradeMind accesses your trade history through third-party services (SnapTrade for supported brokers, MetaApi for MetaTrader 4/5). We access read-only trade data and do not execute trades, modify positions, or access your funds. You can disconnect your broker at any time.

7. Mentor Mode

Mentor Mode allows you to share your trading data with designated mentors. You control which accounts are shared and can revoke access at any time. Mentors receive view-only access. TradeMind is not responsible for how mentors use the data you share with them.

8. Data Ownership

You own your trading data. We provide tools to export all your data at any time via CSV, PDF, or zip backup. We do not claim ownership over any content you create or import.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Downgrade to the free plan takes effect after the paid period expires.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use TradeMind for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or compromise the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user

11. Limitation of Liability

TradeMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Trading losses or investment decisions made using our analytics
  • Data inaccuracies from broker imports or manual entry errors
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
  • Actions of third-party services (SnapTrade, MetaApi, Razorpay, PayPal)

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
